Effective MPEA Application"
Learn how high-performing organizations achieve their goals using the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence and how to write an effective application for the Maryland Performance Excellence Awards program. You will be taken step-by-step through the application-writing process from the Organizational Profile, through addressing process criteria and finally, tips for addressing the all-important results criteria. Presenters will discuss challenges faced by applicants, provide hands-on writing experience and answer questions. Lunch provided.
