Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Exam Refresher Course  

Location: Montgomery College, Rockville, MD.  (http://www.montgomerycollege.edu/rvhome)

Dates: The course will run 10 consecutive Thursdays starting August 16 and ending October 18.

Time: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm.

Tuition: $275 payable to ASQ 509, which is offering the course.

Course Materials: We will be using certification materials from the Quality Council of Indiana. 

Required materials for the course are:

1.      The Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) Primer - $75

2.      The CSSBB Solutions Text - $35

Optional materials: CSSBB Electronic Exam - $70

ASQ CSSBB Exam Information:

Dates: Exam date is Saturday, October 20.  Application deadline is August 17.

Location: Exam location is in the Maryland suburbs of Washington DC.  Applicants will be notified of location and time by National ASQ.

Registration: Registration for the exam is done directly with National ASQ (http://www.asq.org/store/training-certification).
