Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Certification Refresher Course  

Location: Prince George's Community College (PGCC), Main Campus, Largo, MD

Dates:  The course will run 10 consecutive Tuesdays starting August 14 and ending October 16.

Time: 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm.

Tuition: $300 plus $7 registration payable to Prince George's Community College, which is offering the course.

Course Materials: We will be using certification materials from the Quality Council of Indiana. 

Required materials for the course are:

1.   The CMQ Primer - $75

2.   The CMQ Solutions Text - $35

Optional materials are the CMQ Electronic Exam - $70

Course Registration:  Call PGCC at 301-322-0998 for operator assistance 10 days prior to start of class, or register in person Mon-Thu 8:30 am – 8:00 pm or Fri 8:30 am – 5:00 pm in Bladen Hall, Room 126 on the main campus in Largo, MD.  Specify Course # MGR336,  Ref. # 7449.

Credit: This course does carry CEU credit.  PGCC will award 2.5 CEU for the successful completion of the course.

ASQ MOQ/OE Exam Information:

Dates: Exam date is Saturday, October 20.  Application deadline is August 17.

Location/Time: Exam location is in the Maryland suburbs of Washington DC.  Applicants will be notified of location and time by National ASQ.

Registration: Registration for the exam is done directly with National ASQ (http://www.asq.org/store/training-certification).

MOQ/OE Exam Cost: $420 for non-members, $270 for members.  Join ASQ and save!
