Learn from Maryland’s top award recipients—why they use the Baldrige Criteria, how they got organized; how they collect data and more.  Discover how a data-driven management system can help you achieve desired results for your organization.  Learn about the Organizational Profile, how to conduct an organizational self-assessment, how to address the criteria questions, and how to get your organization started on the path to performance excellence, using the Criteria for Performance Excellence and Maryland’s awards program.  No advance knowledge of the Criteria for Performance Excellence is required.  We recommend that more than one person from an organization attend to increase organizational learning.  Continental breakfast included.
