Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Exam Refresher Course

consecutive Saturdays starting January 19 and
ending February 23.
Time: 8:00 am –
Noon.
Tuition: $275 payable to ASQ 509, which is
offering the course.

using certification materials from the Quality
Council of Indiana.

Students are to

CSSBB Exam Cost: $390 for non-members, $240 for members. Join ASQ and save!
Note: Be aware that you are required to submit a completed Black Belt project in addition to passing the exam to become certified.
Exam applicants are responsible for meeting ASQ’s certification requirements.
