Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Certification Exam Refresher Course

Course: MGR336 Certified Manager of Quality Organizational Excellence Refresher

Dates: Jan 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 29, Feb 5, 12, 19, 26

The course consists of 10 sessions (25 hours) over 8 weeks, Tue & Thu evenings first two weeks and Tue evenings last six weeks.   

Time: 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Cost: Tuition for the course is $300 plus $7 registration fee payable to Prince George’s Community College.

Credit: PGCC will award 2.5 CEUs for completion of the course.

Course Registration: In person Mon-Thu 8:30 am – 8:00 pm or Fri 8:30 am – 5:00 pm in Bladen Hall, Room 126 on the Main Campus in Largo, MD. 

You may register the first day of class but I need to know in advance that you plan to do that.  The course will not be held unless a minimum of 8 individuals signs up or indicate they will do so before the first class.           

Course Materials:  We will be using certification materials from the Quality Council of Indiana.

Required Materials for the course: CMQ/OE Primer (Mandatory) - $75
Optional Materials:
CMQ/OE Solutions Text (Optional) - $35
CMQ/OE Electronic Exam (Optional) - $70

Students are to order the materials directly from the Quality Council of Indiana (http://www.qualitycouncil.com/) 800-660-4215 or 812-533-4215.  If possible, please plan to order your materials so you have them in hand by January 8.
 
ASQ CMQ/OE Exam Information:
Dates: Exam date is Saturday, March 1.  Application deadline is January 11.  Registration for the exam is done directly with National ASQ (http://www.asq.org/store/training-certification).  Registration must be done on-line or by mail  postmarked no later than January 11.
Location: Exam location is in the Maryland suburbs of Washington DC.  Applicants will be notified of location and time by National ASQ.
CMQ/OE Exam Cost: $420 for non-members, $270 for members.  Join ASQ and save!
