Dr. West’s presentation will describe the
methods and models the American Customer
Satisfaction Index (ACSI) uses to measure
customer satisfaction as well as the ACSI
results. The presentation will also show the
predictive ability of the ACSI with respect to
customer expenditures as well as other
macroeconomic indicators.
