WHO SHOULD ATTEND? 

Organizations currently using, or interested in using, the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence for organizational improvement—manufacturers, service, education, health care, nonprofit and public sector organizations;

• Organizations seeking to apply for an award at the local, state, or national level; and
• Practitioners seeking to increase their understanding and application of the Criteria.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED?

At initial Users Group meeting, we will work together to determine topics and speakers for future meetings, establish User Group organization, and set timeframes for future meetings.  Refreshments served.
No fee to attend—pre-registration required.

WHERE IS IT?

From I-495 (Capital beltway), take exit #25 and go south on Route 1.  Take Route 193--University Blvd. west.  At first light, turn left on Azalea Lane—becomes Paint Branch Drive.  Go through first stop sign and Paint Branch Drive Visitors Lot is on right.  Drive onto lot, park as far south as you can.  Bring parking ticket for validation.  Upon leaving the lot, continue south and Kim Engineering Building is across street.  Enter Kim Building and just before staircase, turn left.  Kay Board Room is on left, beyond restrooms.
