You are invited to join the Performance Excellence Users Group on September 11 for “The Organizational Profile—Use it to Begin Your Journey to Excellence” presented by LaWanda Burwell, Trainer for the MPEA Application-Writing Workshop, a Baldrige and Maryland Examiner and Trainer, and past Chairperson of the MPEA Executive Guidance Board.

LaWanda will discuss 1) what is the Organizational Profile, 2) using it for organizational assessment, 3) how to address the questions, and 4) how do Examiners use the Organizational Profile in their assessment.  A hands-on exercise, participant sharing, lessons learned and Q & A will fill out this information-packed session.
