The September meeting of the ISO 9000 Users Group will be held at the following location:

Go .1 mile and BAC facility is on the right

The meeting will start at 6:00 pm. Attendees are invited to participate in the networking as well as the free pizza and soft drink portion of the meeting.

“How Do You Measure Customer Satisfaction?”

After the summer break, it is time for the users to suggest topics of interest for the upcoming months & select topics for speakers. The users group provides members a forum for sharing current best practices and challenges, a monthly networking of professionals in quality, and an opportunity to hear experts present on select topics.  Please join us for an evening of charting the success of the group in 2008-2009.
