Speaker Biography: Laura Cottingham has over twenty years of experience in business process improvement, performance management, diversity management, and personnel staffing and administration, which she effectively blends to help organizations achieve targeted results. She currently serves as an Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton. She has provided consultative services to Global Strategy and Technology consulting firms; military organizations, and Federal Government agencies. She has a B.S. in Management Studies and a M.S. in Quality Systems Management. Additionally, she is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (ASQ-CMQ/OE) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by PMI.
