Program
Summary:
Internal auditing of the
quality management system should be planned and
conducted to validate conformance of
documented procedures and processes, and
identify improvements for the system. The next
two months, we will focus on internal auditing.
In January, David Collingham will present best practices for preparing for an internal audit. The planning phase of an audit requires the auditor to properly prepare based on the complexity and magnitude of the process being audited. In February, Robert Zimman, will present a different way to conduct internal audits that has the capability to significantly enhance the return on your investment in internal audits.
