Program Summary:

Come and learn what the intent of “Preventive and Corrective Action” is in an ISO9001-based quality management system. Share your organization’s best practices and lessons learned in this open discussion meeting format.

Program Facilitator - Terri Morrison:

Mrs. Morrison is currently the Department Quality Manager for the Air and Missile Defense Department, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. The Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) is a not-for-profit center for engineering, research, and development. APL is a division of one of the world's premier research universities, Johns Hopkins. During her quality career, Mrs. Morrison has served in various roles including those of Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Assurance Lead, Department Project Quality Team Lead, and Lead Auditor. She is also an AS9100 Lead Auditor.
