Program Summary:

Products and services are being exchanged in increasingly global markets.  Product quality in Asia, Europe, Africa and other countries in the Americas can and do have a profound effect on quality of products and quality of life here.  Recent events have shown the truth of this statement beyond question,  Mr. Withnell will give a brief presentation on some of the recent events and ASQ’s current globalization policies and initiatives, and lead a discussion on what our future steps as quality professionals should be.
