WHAT:
Description Quality Function
Deployment, QFD: Identify LSS results quickly
and effectively in the House-of-Quality.
This
presentation will change your mind so that you
think differently about the House-of-Quality,
(HOQ). HOQ is the biggest, yet; most
underutilized tool within the Quality Function
Deployment tool box. We will examine how this
tool accurately translates what the customer
really wants into what we are doing; then
mapping and prioritizing those actions quickly
and effectively within this single tool: The
House-of-Quality.
